Ricky Marvin Caudle “Papa Ricky”, age 58 born July 11, 1951 went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 12, 2010. He was a godly man who worshiped the Lord with all his heart and loved his family dearly. Son of the late Jesse Miles and Mary Belle Caudle of Statesville, NC. He leaves behind his true companion, Pamela Caudle Lowgap, NC. Four daughters, Brooke Caudle, Jesse Huss, Melissa Wooten and Amanda Myers, Three grandkids, Dylan, Kylie and Camila. One sister and brother-in-law, Beverly and Pastor Phil Edwards; two brothers and sister-in-law, Tim and Judy Caudle and Jeff Caudle; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Rick was the #1 bluegrass fan, he loved gardening, mountains and photography but most of all worshiping the Lord. He will be greatly missed.
A Memorial service will be held at New Covenant Church Highway 18 Ennice, NC on Friday, January 15, 2010 at 3:00pm. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery. The family request that lieu of flowers that donations can be made to the New Covenant Church.
