Lura Nell Moore Williams, age 79, passed away peacefully in her home in Roaring Gap on Tuesday evening, July 13, 2010.
Lou was the daughter of the late R.H. and Nita Moore of Douglas, Georgia.
She is survived by her husband, Jesse Williams of Roaring Gap, NC; her son and daughter-in-law, David and Fran Williams of Roaring Gap, her daughter and son-in-law, Kathryn Williams and Tom Ervin of Greenville, SC; her grandson and granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews..
A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, July 17, 2010 at 3:00pm at her church, Christ Episcopal Church 2543 US Hwy, 21 Sparta, NC.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Christ Episcopal Church Elevator Fund, P.O. Box 1866 Sparta, NC 28675.
