Candida Dawn French, better known as Candy, age 39, of Galax passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Twin County Regional Hospital.
She was born April 17, 1971 in Galax.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis (Dino) French of the home, two sons, Alex Bedsaul and Soren French both of Galax; three daughters, Cherokee Sampson, Isabella French, Giada French all of Galax; father and step-mother, Terry and Linda Bottomley of Galax; mother, Joyce Lineberry of Galax; father and mother-in-law, Steven and Venetia French of FL; two uncles, Elmer Hensdell of Galax, James and Sharon Hensdell of Galax; three aunts, Pam and Beverly Russell of Galax; Betty and Guy Lawless of TN, Hazel Brown of Galax.
Memorial Service will be held Sunday, August 1, 2010 at 2 pm in the Twin County Funerals Sanctuary with Rev. Eddie Bailey officiating.Inunrment will follow in the Coal Creek Community Church Cemetery.
Family will be receiving friends the same day one hour prior to the service.
The French family request that donations be made to the American Cancer Society-Melanoma Cancer Research Fund at P.O. Box 246 Abingdon, VA 24212 in lieu of flowers.
Twin County Funerals is serving the French family.
